Okay so its kanye's birthday but he's not around kim right now because he's still on tour with Jay Z, yep! Both of them are still on the watch the throne album tour but that doesn't make kim relent in doing anything that would put her in the spotlight, no matter how useless it is.

Even more useless is her desire to make a video of her gift which she'll personally "produce & direct" before sending it to kanye west who is supposed to watch it and be wowed by it.
