Gül Ağış and Her Grand Bazaar

IFW'in dördüncü günde merakla beklediğim koleksiyonlardan yine Londra Moda Haftası'na giden tasarımcılardan Gül Ağış'ın Kapalıçarşı'sı vardı. Gül Ağış'ın tasarım anlayışını deri detaylar, yaratılan kontrastlar ve desen kullanımı bakımından Zeynep Tosun'la paralel buluyorum. Defile boyunca benim yine aklım detaylarda -özellikle de küpelerde kaldı, muhteşemler :) Bir de defilenin sonuna doğru kendini gösteren bize tanıdık olması gereken desen var, Kapalıçarşı'da çekilmiş fotoğraflardan yola çıkarak dizayn edilmiş. Beğenmemek mümkün mü?

On IFW's 4th day one of the collection I was excited to see was Gül Ağış' (another Turkish designer who presented her collection at LFW) Grand Bazaar. In my opinion her sense of design is parallel to Zeynep Tosun's, when you look closer to the details like leather details, contrast and according to this collection use of prints. During the show all I thought was those earrings, absolutely perfect :) Just for information; Grand Bazaar is one of the most important places for tourist attraction, actually a bazaar where you can shop jewellery, authentic decoration and food stuff. And that print is based on photos which are taken at Grand Bazaar. Is it possible not to like?
