Wizkid isn't Wizkid Anymore!

Young Nigerian super musician Wizkid aka Ayo Balogun has decided to drop the kid part of his name, he let his fans know about his decision to do this on twitter, stating that it was a way of marking his 23 birthday.



Personally I don't see nothing wrong with it especially if you take a look at a guy like puff daddy who has changed his name countless times and still remained a big force in the music business, although some people are scared that Wizkid's decision to change his name may not be a very good decision for him as he has a lot of his fan base made of under age teens especially females who are so hooked to the kid thing. Whatever happens and whether or not he goes ahead with the name change I hope he never has to loose his fans.
