Lagos Auditions for Project Fame

The popular Optima Studios, Lekki, Lagos will open its door to music hopefuls who will be participating at the Academy in the 5th edition of the popular Reality TV Show; MTN Project Fame West Africa.

The auditions' train, a five-city search for these fresh Nigerian music talents berth in Lagos this weekend.
The venue of the two-day exercise is expected to be a beehive of activities as the participants in their large numbers will try to outdo one another to book a place in the highly competitive academy. Those admitted will undergo rigorous training by the best of voice trainers, stage acts and many other music icons.

MTN Project Fame West Africa is a music competition that discovers latent talents who are later groomed in an intensive 10-week music academy, where they receive the very best of training in the area of song-writing, vocal delivery and stage performance which will subsequently shape them into top rated professionals.
Public voting by SMS determines which contestants are eliminated on a weekly basis, with the lucky winner walking away with cash prize, a car and a recording contract.

This year's edition is being powered by MTN Pulse, the new youth and trendy segment value offering.
