‘Dark Knight Rises’ sets Box office record with $161m Despite Aurora theater Shooting
‘Dark Knight Rises’ sets Box office record with $161m Despite Aurora theater Shooting, where 12 people were killed and 58 injured at the overnight cinema viewing of the same movie.
this makes the movie the highest ever 2-D opening in the theaters and the third highest theater opening of all time.
on other stories concerning the ‘Dark Knight Rises’ the 24 year old "James Holmes" suspected of committing the Aurora theater mass killing appeared at a Colorado state court yesterday on the basis of a preliminary hearing although the prosecution council are yet to present their case on which they intend to charge the suspect stating that they need more time to put together their evidence and complaint before the court. However the suspect`s appearance in court yesterday seemed relaxed and un-remorseful, the suspect and his team of about 5 lawyers are battling to save him from the death penalty which many believe he should receive.
