Although it looks a bit risky you have to admit that it looks cool, especially during the summer while all the fashionistas are thinner and darker. Popularization began in the mid-1980s, when the pop star Madonna caused a controversy wearing a mesh crop top in her video for the song "Lucky Star", and additional help was the success of the movie Flashdance. Hello abs! Ovaj je trend rezerviran samo za najhrabrije. Iako je malo rizičan morate priznati da izgleda cool pogotovo preko ljeta kada su sve fashioniste mršavije i tamnije. Sve je započelo sredinom 80-tih kada je Madonna izazvala kontroverze odjenuvši mrežasti crop top u video spotu za pjesmu „Lucky Star“, a dodatnoj popularizaciji pomogao je i uspjeh filma Flashdance.
