GQ.com is seeking an enthusiastic, conscientious and methodical intern to work on the website of the world's leading quality men's magazine.
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to work to demanding deadlines. Their primary responsibilities will include building and publishing online content, which will involve extensive production work in our content management system, as well as liaising with the online picture desk, the magazine team and relevant PRs. There will also be some writing and interviewing opportunities for the right candidate.
The placement is paid and full-time for six months, beginning at the start of December, and will take place in GQ's central London offices. The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level and will have some journalistic training or editorial experience, either in print or online. Previous use of a CMS and photoshop would be a bonus, as would an understanding of social media and how to use it to drive traffic to the site.
